Contex Americas Collaborates with
HP and CC Distributing at IRgA Convention 2010
Demonstrations of Wide Format Scanners, Scan-to-Print Solutions at Contex Booth #133, HP Booth #325
Contex, the world's leading developer of wide format scanning and imaging solutions, will exhibit its wide format scanners and MFP kits and solutions at the International Reprographics Association (IRgA) Convention and Trade Show 2010, May 18-21, in Contex's booth #133 and HP's booth #325. The educational conference will be held in the Palm Springs Convention Center, Palm Springs, CA.
At HP's booth, visitors are invited to see scan-to-print demonstrations of Contex's 54-inch scanner with the latest HP large-format printers. Contex's booth will be shared with CC Distributing, a nationwide distributor of Contex's wide format scanners, HP large-format printers, and other reprographic products. Scanning experts from these companies will be on hand to demonstrate Contex's 24- to 54-inch wide format scanners, as well as its powerful suite of software solutions such as NextImage TOUCH. Contex is offering special pricing with the purchase of a wide format scanner through June 2010.
"As equipment costs decrease and productivity increases, scanners-combined with new or existing wide format printers-are creating new opportunities for profit. These profit opportunities include wide format color copying, color MFP equipment sales and resale, and full-service color and monochrome facilities management from a single-footprint device," comments Steve Blanken, Director of Sales in the United States and Canada for Contex Americas, Inc. "At the IRgA expo, we're looking forward to meeting again with many of our long-time customers, as well as speaking with new customers about best practices for getting the most out of their print devices by adding a Contex wide format scanner with an MFP kit."
Businesses large and small turn to Contex for its innovative technology and advanced scan-and-copy software tools. Its award-winning wide format scanners-XD2490, SD series, HD series, and MFPs-provide a full range of image capture solutions. In April 2010, the SD4450 scanning solution received a Top Products Award from the readers of Wide Format Imaging magazine, marking Contex's second recent win from the publication.
